CHAPTER 32

DANIELLA

Isighed as he settled between my legs. His lips crashed against mine, his tongue sweeping across the length of my bottom lip. He tasted of the dinner wine, except infinitely sweeter. He abandoned my mouth to trace a path down my neck. He wiggled the tip back and forth, exerting pressure in a very suggestive way as he kept going down, down, down. Heat flooded my core, as he started pushing up my gown, and though I craved to feel the pressure of his lips against that aching nub in my center, the craving for something else was much stronger.

“Nah-ah.” I shook my head and forced him to lie down on his back. I had to push on his shoulders, when he tried to sit up, resisting me.

“What is this about, melynthi? Is there something we need to discuss?”

“Discuss? No, nothing like that,” I said as I knelt between his legs.

His eyes widened. He was always so hungry that he’d not once allowed me to enjoy him in this manner, but tonight I would brook no argument.

“Let me pleasure you first.”

He tried to sit up again.

“Nope.” I waggled my finger at him, then proceeded to untie his sleeping trousers, which were tented beautifully, stretching the fabric.

He made a sound in the back of his throat. “I don’t think I can—”

“Shh, would you be quiet? You promised to let me make my own claim whenever I wanted, remember?”

He grunted in disapproval.

I sat back on my heels, placed my hands on my hips, and looked down at him. “This will give me untold pleasure. Do you want to deny me?”

“Never, melynthi.” He fisted the sheets and pushed his hips forward to give me better access.

I squirmed as a jolt of pleasure thundered down my belly. My hands trembled from excitement as I finished undoing the lace and freeing his impressive length.

He was superb, thick and with a large head. The underside was flushed and throbbing, begging to be licked. A bead of moisture shone at the very tip. I held him in my hand. He purred deeply in his chest, his features turning sharp. I lapped up the moisture.

“Dani,” he purred my name.

I licked my lips, then took him in, making him hiss as his eyes closed. Opening wider, I took him in further. All six-foot-two of him shuddered.

“Let me take you,” he growled.

I moved my head from side to side to tell him no at the same time that I lapped the length of him.

“That would be excellent,” I said. “But this is delicious too, and I can’t stop.”

Working up and down, I sucked and licked his girth.

My jaw ached as I exerted myself, but it was impossible to be thorough. He was too big. Still, I did my best, taking him in all the way, out for a brief moment to lick at his full length, then repeating the process again, loving how he felt.

Making eye contact, I paused at his tip, taking him in my mouth, then wrapping a hand around the base. All at once, he was hard as steel and soft as velvet. My hand glided up and down while my mouth took in what it could.

He started moving back and forth, eyes tightly shut. The sounds he was making drove me crazy. He was putty in my hands. I moaned in response, a twinge of pleasure electrifying my core. My hand moved faster as I kept sucking.

As he tensed, my legs clenched together, and just when I thought I would climax from the way he throbbed, he bit his lower lip to contain what would have surely been a roar of pleasure.

I tasted him fully, savoring the way he shuddered under my care. My powerful prince, my king, my mate reduced to nothing. I pulled back a little with one final lick. He practically whimpered.

Witchlights, he’s delicious.

“Melynthi, you are…” but he didn’t finish. Instead, he switched spots with me, flipping me onto my back so fast that I got dizzy. “Time to repay the favor,” he rumbled, then put his tongue to good use.
