Perks of becoming a bounty hunter?

You get cool weapons and handcuffs…and you get to hunt people down.

The downsides?

Lower life expectancy, getting your butt kicked by felons…

And finding yourself trapped on a freezing mountain to spend the rest of your years.

If you even live that long, that is.

Sure, some people have rotten luck.

Me?

I get to spend Christmas on Frost Mountain…

…handcuffed to an infuriating, impossibly sexy outlaw on the run.

This wolf shifter claims he’s innocent, but the trail of blood in his wake says otherwise.

And as long as I’m handcuffed to this big, bad wolf…

I could be next on his wish—I mean, hit—list.

I knew I shouldn’t have agreed to take that sabbatical.

At least, I wouldn’t have been on that flight when it crashed.

But this is my reality now.

I’m just a fae nurse with a fanny pack,

Freezing my butt off on a magical mountain I can’t escape.

This is going to be one hell of a Christmas.

Getting buried alive in an avalanche was NOT on my bucket list.

Neither was the sizzling-hot fisherman who pulled me out of the snow.

He doesn’t like me, that’s for sure, and I think I know exactly why…

It doesn’t help that he’s my only hope.

Oh, and did I mention I’ve got a stalker?

They call him the Fae Hunter.

He looks more like Evil Santa.

He’s got green eyes, a bushy beard, a pair of bloodthirsty blades…

And he’s got my name on his naughty list.

Most people have midlife crises.

It’s hard to have one of those when you’re plummeting toward a mountain.

If that dragon didn’t pluck me out of the sky, I’d be dead.

But maybe that wouldn’t have been so terrible.

Because now I’m trapped on Frost Mountain,

And the dragon shifter who rescued me isn’t going to let me out of his sight.

His village is on the brink of war…

And he’s trying to get justice for his father.

I’m not sure how I got caught up in all of this,

But there’s no getting out now.

Because this sizzling dragon shifter wants me to be his wife.

And as much as I know I should turn down his request…

I don’t think I have much of a choice.
