Thankfully, there have been no more overdoses in town, and for now, it looks like the dealer is avoiding Serendipity. We’ve left it a while, and the parties at Knox’s place still haven’t restarted; no one has seen him for a while, so we’ve got to add that to the list of things we need to do. At the top of that list, though, is a job. We haven’t had one for a few months, but one of our contacts messaged us, and we couldn’t turn it down. Oh, and a lead on Ever’s possible whereabouts has hope searing through all of us.

Luc’s hurt and we have no idea what’s going on or how long it’s going to take for him to recover. Not even Mr R knows what’s poisoned him, and he’s refusing to let me pay Luc’s father a visit, knowing it would get bloody.

It’s probably the right choice, but I’m not happy about it.

It doesn’t take long for us to see just how intertwined with Hunt Luc’s father was, and hopefully, the information that we learn is going to help us take Hunt down once and for all.

Of course, the universe can’t help but throw new twists our way, and when a family member unexpectedly calls for help, we drop everything.

Everything has settled since the official closure of the Pit several months ago, as suspected; the side effects of that is a lot of tension between the schools, which means more fights and sabotage too, add in kids that are dying from a new drug that's being distributed throughout both schools and everyone is on edge. Another side effect is that Jensen is bored, and a bored Jensen is never good.

They're finally at the Blood Moon Academy, and the Centres are rescued, but not everything is as it seems; something very dark is stalking the halls of the academy, and no one can be trusted. There's only so long that Sage allows her and her family to be treated as lesser before she takes matters into her own hands.

When all is revealed, it throws everything into question and leaves Sage, her men, and her friends all reeling.

Not even the goddess could've prepared them for this.

That psychopath has taken her, and the only reason we aren't watching the world burn in our grief is because of Grey, or should I say Hades! He has assured us he would've felt her soul depart if she was dead.

We're going to get her back and get help from an unlikely place, more mysteries get thrown our way, and somehow throughout it all, we have to remember that we're on a task for the Warrior Games, and fae knows what the fae realm will throw at us next.

More mysteries and unexpected connections have us reeling, but none of it matters if she's not safe.

She has to be okay. She just has to be.

Atlas has been gone for a few weeks now, and there's no way of knowing if he's okay; he's simply cut all communication.

Fortunately, distraction from our worry comes in the form of the next fight at the Pit. Tomlinson has a new fighter, and he's been spouting shit about being the best; we caught wind that he doesn't like to take no for an answer under any circumstances, so now he gets to get in the ring with Jensen.
